Dr. Lance is a graduate of Brandeis University and received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia (Virginia Commonwealth University). His Internal Medicine residency was served at Mount Sinai Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a teaching hospital of the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Lance completed his fellowship training in Endocrinology at the University of Maryland. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology & Metabolism.
Dr. Lance has been a resident of Howard County since 1983. He and his wife reside in Ellicott City and have two children. The youngest member of the family in the Lance household is Bentley, a mini-goldendoodle.
Besides medicine, Dr. Lance’s major interests are the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens, and the University of Maryland Terps.
